Introduction to the 2007 Annual Survey of Consumer Financial Services Law

Over the years the scope of this Survey has expanded, in conjunction with trends in consumer financial services law. Along with this expansion, and the challenges it poses for interested parties, comes greater difficulty for those responsible for summarizing these issues and developments in the Survey. As usual, the 2007 Survey authors have accomplished this in a way that makes it look easy. It is not, and we are again grateful to the Survey authors for performing this valuable and important service.
