Scottish Region AGM 2012

The Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Region took place at Inchyra Grange Hotel, Polmont, on 15 February 2012. Chairman Arnott Aitken opened the meeting and welcomed those present. Several apologies for absence were received. AGM February 2011 Minutes from last year's AGM were read out and duly approved. Treasurer's Report Treasurer Andrew Ramsay presented his financial report and balance sheet, which shows a small surplus on the year's operations. The Region is in a reasonably healthy financial position and the funds are carefully managed. Treasurer advised that full financial details had already been sent to headquarters, along with the completed new style forms. The report and balance sheet were approved.
