In virtually all instances, whether TRICARE and MTF deposits are diminishing or at historic highs, the new TRICARE MOA provides an opportunity to revitalize or expand your office's Medical Affirmative Claims program. Claims attorneys and Judge Advocates are urged to review their office's current and historical performance and assess for themselves the benefits that might accrue from obtaining additional Medical Affirmative Claims personnel funded by their local military hospitals.
