Quinlan Terry has escaped serious punishment from the Architects Registration Board (ARB) despite admitting responsibility for the destruction of two Grade ll-listed buildings. The ARB's independent Professional Conduct Committee ruled that Terry did not deserve to be struck off or suspended, but did issue an official reprimand.
