I trained at the Bartlett and joined Conran & Partners (then Conran Roche) in 1984. I became director of architecture in 1993 and managing director in 1998, and worked on projects including the Design Museum.rnSince launching, Paramount has secured residential, hotel and landscaping projects. My experience at Conran was hugely varied, from 40-storey towers to noodle bars, across a wide range of sectors.
