Brady Mallalieu to build 'extra care' homes

Brady Mallalieu Architects has submitted plans for this ￡6.5 million supported-housing scheme in South Croydon. Backed by mental heath charity Together, the 'extra care' project in Pampisford Road includes 31 houses and flats. Practice founder, RIBA president elect Angela Brady, said the scheme was a 'significant investment in mental health services at a time when these services arc under considerable financial pressure'.
