Union Wharf scheme wins planning

London Henley Halebrown Rorrison has won planning permission for this £9.5 million residential-led, mixed-use project overlooking the Regent's Canal in Hackney, east London. The 4,474m2 Union Wharf scheme for Benyon Estates will create 35 new homes, including four triplex flats, as well as a new pub, shop, two cafes, office space and new piazzas linking Kingsland Road to the waterfront.
