Northern Ireland-based McGarry-Moon Architects has won planning for this £250,000 Passivhaus home outside Broughshane, near Ballymena.The 160m~2 house cantilevers over an area of outstanding beauty in the Glens of Antrim.Work has finished on phase 1 of the huge 2,600-home regeneration of South Acton housing estate. The completion of 167 homes by HTA Architects coincides with the start on site of the 106-home second phase, designed by Alison Brooks Architects.
