CarbonBuzz relaunches with user-friendly new interface

The revamped CIBSE-RIBA online tool, CarbonBuzz, launched to a packed audience at City Hall this month. Reflecting a swell of interest in the building performance gap in line with the AJ's Bridge the Gap campaign, almost 170 people turned out to hear about CarbonBuzz. About 15 per cent of the audience were architects. In an overview of the online benchmarking tool's seven-year history, Judit Kimpian of Aedas said: 'We have made data look 'cool', not just because of the graphical nature of the site and the outstanding projects we have showcased, but because of the scale of the scandal it has helped us reveal.'
