Islington Piercy & Company has won planning for this scheme on Mildmay Grove North of four apartments and an artist studio. At the end of a Georgian terrace, the project in north London will feature patterned cast masonry floor surfaces and a facade designed with artist Gillian Singer Hackney David Adjaye and developer Manhattan Loft have submitted plans for a multimillion pound Fashion Hub in Morning Lane and Chatham Place in east London. The project is being billed as a 'world class fashion retail' centre and includes space for local designers to showcase their products.
