Housing HCA senior strategist Kevin McGeough told the AJ100 Breakfast Club at Claridge's in London that the department has had its budget reduced from a once buoyant £1.4 billion to just £23 million for this year. Ironically this is the same amount the HCA had invested in Urban Splash's Park Hill redevelopment in Sheffield.
