摘要

A government-backed initiative promoting installation of energy-efficient measures to householders sounds good. But I certainly don't want Green Deal assessors making decisions about the aesthetics of buildings because they have decided to suggest external solid wall insulation. I am surprised that no architects have signed up to be a Green Deal assessor.
