This family of residential developments has a strong, cohesive presence and intimate communal spaces that both accommodate and disguise a range of tenures Saxon Court and Roseberry Mansions are the first phase of a high-density, mixed-tenure residential development. The scheme comprises four elements clustered around a courtyard and ranging in height from two to 16 storeys. A key priority was creating a cohesive family of buildings that was visually tenure-blind, while meeting the specific needs of the different uses. It was also important that the development had a sense of solidity with high-quality detailing that enhanced the urban realm of the fast-changing area.
