At the opening of the Serpentine Pavilion the assembled press were treated to the sight of culture minister Ed Vaizey taking to the stage to express his admiration for the project. He was quick to add that the current government were big fans of the pavilion's architect SelgasCano, and any 'self-respecting Conservative would go to Second Home [the SelgasCano-designed hip Shoreditch workspace]' as it is owned by former special adviser to number 10 Rohan Silva. Maybe the place isn't as cool as we first thought. And given the expenses scandal, shouldn't MPs be a little wary about second homes?
