Transforming Bristol's garage land

The brief was for new-build council housing on three infill sites in Henbury and Brentry in north Bristol. The homes will provide 20 social rented units across the three sites with a mix of one-bedroom flats and two-bedroom bungalows. The sites were all previously occupied by garages and are located to the rear of existing post- war council housing. A key requirement was to provide robust, low-maintenance, low-energy homes.
