This scheme provides 17 apartments arranged over six upper floors with a retail bank located on the ground floor. It sits in a new terrace overlooking Boulevard Kockelscheuer to the south, a major new artery into Luxembourg's new Cloche d'Or commercial district. The building is entered from a courtyard garden. The common areas are arranged as a daylit promenade circling around the elevator column. Most apartments are dual-aspect. Simple, efficient floor plans permit flexible layouts. As is the convention in Luxembourg, owners will customise their apartment layouts to suit their own preferences. As a result, the building's permanent qualities will rely on its exterior character.
