Eine Patientin mit M. Parkinson und schwerem Tremor, die sowohl die Therapie des M. Parkinson als auch eine Narkose ablehnte, wurde unter minimalen Dosen Remifentanil tremorfrei in Lokalanästhesie operiert.A patient with Parkinson''s disease refused both anti-Parkinson medication and general anaesthesia.
