In fact, LMW pioneered the concept of the Gentle Blowroom Line to handle cotton from all processes, synthetic and blends up to 64mm. The Gentle Blowroom helps in the setting up of lines with a capacity ranging from 200 to 1500 kilograms per hour. The system also incorporates the Bale Plucker LA23 to open the bales into the smallest and most uniform tuft sizes; the Vario Clean LB9/1 to achieve the desired amount of cleaning with a gentle opening of fibre tuft; and the Unimix LB7/4 that provides a unique three point blending for achieving consistent blend.
