Texworld which is scheduled to take place at the at the Paris Le Bourget exhibition centre on September 14-17, this year is "holding up against the worldwide crisis," says the organiser Messe Frankfurt. Visitors coming to the just concluded (February 9-12) show (13,733) were fewer compared with the attendance (15,952) at the previous show held last September. However, that did not drag down the total value of deals concluded. Thanks to prestigious buyers and their confirmed orders as well as pledges for future buys, exhibitors could hope for a significant boost in sales.
