AATCC honours Luther Myers

The American Association of Textile Chemists and colorists (AATCC) has bestowed its Technical Committee on Research (TRC) Service Award on Luther M. Myers who has been a member of the association since 1950. Over these six decades Mr Myers, the association says, "has volunteered on and chaired numerous technical committees, including RA59, Fibrous Test Materials; RA71, Hosiery Technology; RA8 (later RA63), Wettability Test Methods, and RA33, Colourfastness to Atmospheric Contaminants."
