Two new fibres - one for incontinence pads, the other to retain body heat

Germany's Kelheim Fibres that makes specialty viscose fibre has developed two new viscose fibres - one a hollow viscose fibre called Bramante for making super-absorbent sanitary pads for people suffering from urinary incontinence, and the other capable of reflecting IR radiation for management of body temperature and a multitude of other applications. Bramante can absorb and retain liquid equal to around 250% of its own weight.
