In 2013 the Obama administration plans to focus on advancing the Trans-Pacific Partnership negotiations, launching negotiations with the European Union toward a Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, and "securing results at the World Trade Organization through fresh, credible approaches for trade liberalization," the Office of U.S. Trade Representative said on March 1 as it delivered to Congress the president's 2013 Trade Policy Agenda and 2012 Annual Report.
