SHLB Urges FCC to Include Ethernet in BDS Price Regulation

The Schools, Health & Libraries Broadband (SHLB) Coalition told the FCC on Oct. 18 that it is "disappointed" that the draft business data service (BDS) order circulated earlier in October "does not do more to bring down the high cost of Ethernet services, which are by far the dominant technology purchased by anchor institutions."
