Fresnel Formulae in the Time Domain

摘要

A space-time representation of Fresnel's formulae is obtained which makes it possible to describe the interaction of complex space-time electromagnetic signals with a planar dielectric interface and includes the case when the interface itself is non-stationary, for example, it evolves into existence at a certain point of time. Such description has been made by using integral equations.
