摘要

The measuring procedure for determining an average plasma electron density in the stellarators "Uragan-2M" and "UraganSM" is described. The first results of plasma electron density measurements carried out in the on-line regime are presented. The theoretical justification oj the new method for measuring changes of probing signal phase shift is given.
