摘要

Radio Acoustic Sounding Systems (RASS) reveal the principal possibility of remote sensing for basic meteorological parameters in the atmospheric boundary layer. However, the lack of effective means for wind shear compensation of sounding packet imposes limitations on implementing such systems into meteorological observations. In this part of the study we qualitatively analyzed the prospects for creating new RASS based on the opportunities offered by modern hardware components. Here we defined the issues for further studies.
