Welcome back from summer and to the new-look MT. We've been busy giving the magazine a big refresh and hope you like the results. The last time we redesigned was in 2003. Since then, we've won a clutch of awards and been widely imitated. The whole mood in UK business has changed beyond recognition over the past 10 years - we're slowly emerging from the worst slump ever - but there are the same needs to be met.
