China Unicom Improves Service Offering with CMX

Using Cisco's Mobile Exchange (CMX) solution, China Unicom was able to build a high quality, multi-functional unified wireless data access platform across Beijing, Guangdong, Shandong and Heilongjiang. With the wireless platform, the operator can now create tailor-made on-demand services, services-based authorization and tariff schemes as well as service and customer management capabilities in a flexible manner.
