A man accused of hacking into VoIP providers' networks to provide "discounted" service was extradited to the U.S. from Mexico, said the U.S. Attorney's office in New Jersey. Edwin Pena, a Venezuelan citizen, faces a 20-count indictment. He was arrested in July 2006 but fled the U.S. in August 2006, the office said. The indictment accuses him of selling 10 million minutes of Internet phone services, causing the loss of $1.4 million in one year when the victimized company was billed for more than 500,000 unauthorized calls routed through its network
