Rep. Lee Terry, R-Neb., said he's worried about whether the FCC’s Universal Service Fund norder does enough to spur the growth of wireless. Terry, the House Communications nSubcommittee's vice chairman, spoke at a National Journal conference. It isn't clear how the norder will affect wireless versus wireline growth, since the commission hasn't released it yet, nhe said. "You need both, especially in rural America," Terry said. "They have to work ntogether" and the rules should be "technologically neutral."
