Telcos, Cable Keep Fighting Utilities Over Pole-Attachment Order

Cable and telcos lined up against power companies over the FCC's pole attachment norder. CompTel and TW Telecom asked the commission to “clarify” its order so rules are nbased on actual numbers of attachers, as opposed to the urban/rural numbers that are nassumed in the order. Power companies asked the commission to scrap the order.
