摘要

This study evolved out of discussions about the need for scientists and technologists to acquire better management skills. The goal is to consider how management and science edu- cation can be better integrated. To accomplish this, I examined the format of management programs at highly respected undergraduate management schools both within and outside the Untied States. A summary is given of common offerings (or themes) that appear frequently. Highly innovative programs are identified and briefly described. Based on these findings, Suggestions are made for an undergrduate management curriculum in a pure or applied science Environment.
