At the end of a typical day, I have a number of messages on my cellphone that I label as 'do not delete' in my mind. Some are sweet nothings from my girlfriend, which I would want to revisit tens of time for a smile. Some are messages with addresses and numbers of clients. And some are the assignments and deadlines my boss regu- larly throws at me; his messages are like ultimatums I better adhere to.
