Therecently revamped top-up packs are the best segregated of all the DTH operators, and it will be easier to pick and choose channels. DishTV has 4 customer care numbers, divided according to region. Surprisingly, the numbers are not toll-free. The customer service has improved a lot in recent times, but we expect further improvement: As the table illustrates, Dishtv also offers the maximum recharge options, including payment pick-up from home, which is indeed a uniquefeature.lt has recently tied up with ICICI bank to provide Internet banking facility on its platform. The only grouse we have with this service is that the complete group of Neo channels are missing. Apart from that, all popular channels are there. Overall, a very good option. We recommend DishTV to anyone interested in buying a DTH connection.
