A handful of automobile giants have joined hands with major cell phone manufacturers for special edition devices. Case in point is Asus with their Lamborghini phone, the Ferrari edition of the Motorola Razr2 and the Hummer Fly SX2. The newest is the Porsche Design P9521, created with technology from Sagem. The casing of this flip phone is milled from a single block of aluminum and features premium extras like twin OLED displays, a mineral glass and a fingerprint scanner. The metallic body gives it a solid feel, but also make it tip the scales 140 g. On front is a 1.15" OLED display and inside is a 2.2" OLED. Actually inside and outside can be considered misnomers since the screen can flip around 180 degrees. Just below the interior display is the fingerprint scanner for biometric security. While it is a great addition, it's not as convenient as having it on a laptop. Authentication does take time, and that extra time taken on a mobile device means you'll be using it a lot lesser.
