Assuming you keep it for two years, that's Rs 7,200 over and above Rs 31,000 you pay upfront for the 8 GB. The amount you pay for your usage is extra. Is it really worth that much? Why not just buy the 32 GB iPod Touch for 20k and the Nokia E51 for 11k?
