How does MySpace India stand out among the other social networking sites ?rnHK: If you look at it, most of the other networking sites- Facebook, Orkut etc are really social networks; they are utilities meant to connect people to their friends, catch up with old friends, get new friends etc. MySpace is mainly positioned as a social portal and it always has been. In India people are used to having either social network or portals such as Yahoo. Myspace is in between both of them, it allows users to connect to everything that matters to them, their music, celebrities, applications as well as their friends. So unlike other social networks, we spend a lot of time getting exclusive content and all this is hosted on MySpace servers.
