Techtextil 2015 will witness the official announcement of the merger between three leading manufacturers of technical yarns: 1. Monosuisse AG of Emmenbruecke, Switzerland; 2. Monotex srl of Sighisoara Mures, Romania; 3. Sider Arc F&M of Cornaredo, Italy. When the merger is complete, the three companies will be integrated, trading under the single name of Monosuisse. Alberto Gandolfi, part of the family that owns Sider Arc, will become the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the new group.
