The impact of forest fire on carabids (Carabidae, Col.) on the example of a post-fire site in Potrebowice The relationship between the developmental stage and extent Of destruction

摘要

Fires in the pine forests have a destructive impact on the carabids living in this biotope. The extent of destruction depends on fauna development. The more advanced is the fauna development before fire the greater is the destruction of fauna caused by fire. Forest species typical of the late succession disappear after fire while the fire-related species and those typical for the early succession survive and increase their number.
