摘要

The report discusses the most important factors determining the development of forestry, such as: social requests toward forest and its functions, interests of forest owners and market demand for definite goods from forests, forest policy as a derivative of the economic condition of the state, richness of forest owners, development of science and technical progress, suitable law, staff level, and organisational proficiency of forestry.
