Its price of £180 will deter all but the most interested of readers. In its 1016 pages are 110 pages devoted to references which run to several thousands. The book is well produced with clear diagrams and fonts, and has a clear index. This clearly is a major work showing great persistence and dedication to their subject, for which the authors must be given admiration and respect.
