Development of crack inspection and Width measurement system in coke Oven

摘要

In order to prolong the life span of coke over, this system can detect crack locations on wall-bricks and can measure crack widths. To detect cracks, chamber walls should be observed from heating flues at high temperature. The recorded image is analyzed quantitatively. Measurements results at Kashima works are reported.
