SN. Predrag Popovic, President of IABSE, presented the IABSE Awards at the Permanent Committee meeting and at the Opening Ceremony of the 18th IABSE Congress in Seoul on September 18 and 19,2012. Gilson Marchesini was presented Honorary Membership "in high appreciation of his outstanding and dedicated services to the Association, including as Vice-President of IABSE from 2001-2009".
