18th IABSE Congress Seoul, September 19-21,2012

摘要

SN. Taifun Sanba had hit South Korea at its strongest two days before the 18th IABSE Congress, but did not prevent participants from attending. During the three days more than 600 participants from 45 countries and five continents heard presentations and had lively discussions on how to prepare for new societal requirements on the improvement of standards of living, and findings were shared on ways to create sustainable urban infrastructures and environments.
