Establishing stable peace and an integrative international society have long challenged mankind given the fact that wars have shattered human progress in the past and continue to haunt us even today. While the literature on peace studies has offeredrnframeworks to bring about peace, what is missing is their lack of direct engagement with international relations theories for carving out an assured path to peace. In his latest book, Charles A. Kupchan has done a commendable job in this regard by offering a clear roadmap for stable peace based on theory and applying it to the cases drawn from history.
