ESA is assembling its Mission Advisory Group for the long awaited EarthCARE programme as the atmospheric and aerosols mission enters Phase C definition. With a planned launch date in 2015, the programme is a joint venture with the Japan Aerospace and Exploration Agency and is hailed as Europe's most advanced Earth Explorer mission to date.
