CapRock Lands FBI Contract For Backup Comm Network

Fairfax, Va.-based CapRock Government Solutions was awarded a contract in April to support the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation's (FBI) emergency restoration communications network, which serves as the backup for the FBI's existing terrestrial connections.rnUnder the contract, which has a maximum value of $50 million and runs through March 2015, CapRock will provide technical design, network implementation, field services and program support for the FBI's Satellite Diversity Program, which supplies critical communications services to law enforcement and field offices nationwide.
