The U.S. Army Geospatial Center compiled earthquake, water and geology maps of Haiti and made them available to anyone assisting with relief efforts in the earthquake-ravished nation.rnIn addition to the information released via the Army Geospatial Center's public Web site, the Alexandria, Va.-based center pulled together more sensitive information, including military capability studies, and posted them to an internal Web site available to the U.S. Defense Department and other federal agencies.
