With NASA Administrator Charlie Bolden stepping down when President-elect Donald Trump is sworn into office Jan. 20, it's worth outlining what investors would like to see from NASA under Bolden's successor. The NASA administrator wields enormous economic and political power within the space community, both in the U.S. and globally. Empowered to lead 17,000 employees with an annual budget of $18.4 billion, the administrator sits atop a vast organization.
