Rugby union players from the Infantry Training Center Catterick ended their season in style with a ten-day tour to South Africa. Hawing reached the quarter-final stage of this year's Premiership Cup the soldiers took a 25-man squad on the trip, which was aimed at building a strong and confident unit ahead of the 2014/15 campaign. The visit started with a Town before the team locked horns with the South African Navy 48 hours later. And it was the tourists who triumphed in an end-to-end game as a dominant performance from their pack laid the foundations for a 12-8 triumph.
